How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 14 days free, and no card is needed to begin. If the trial ends without a card on file, the workspace locks until you add one, and adding one picks up where you left off.
Is there a free plan?
No. The trial is free; after it, every plan is paid.
What counts as a social connection?
Each LinkedIn profile, LinkedIn company page or X account you connect. Every plan includes some. Each one past that is $5 a month, and TMI asks before it adds the charge.
What is a workspace?
A self-contained space for one brand, with its own sources, company voice, hashtags and connected accounts. Agencies use one per client. More on workspaces
What are premium models?
An optional $5 a month unlock for the pricier writing models, good for 150 premium drafts a month. It changes only the model that writes the draft. It is rolling out alongside model choice.
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops.
